Went on the watch with included spring bars and tool. This is new leather, so I softened it with mink oil, now it is very soft and conforms to my wrist, no irritation. Never had this type of strap before. Figured out what hole for my wrist size, pull buckle open and push buckle pin through that hole, you are ready to pass hand through.
