Took it out, ran a cotton swab over it, it got snagged on the clasps & on the "opal". It was NOT flat to the surface. It's a manufacturing defect, not the sellers fault. But i wouldnt trust these things ever again. I even bought a couple from other sellers in different colors/sizes & the "opals" fell apart in a short time. Left chunks in my ears!
