## Questions & Answers

**Q: How many cups is in one can?**
A: For me I rinsed the "rice" and drained it and made 2 servings on a plate. Each serving was Approx. a cup. It was nice to eat Rice again.

**Q: Where is this made? Where is the palm grown? Certified organic?**
A: The label on the can says this product is made in Ecuador. Distributed by OA foods LLC out of Miami Florida.

**Q: How long is the shelf life unopened?**
A: There is a "packaged on" date on the package and a "best by date" for example the order I recieved a few weeks ago has a packeged by date of 2-22-2021 and a best by date of 8-24-2022. When I recieved my order it would basically have a 6 month shelf life.  Hope that helps?

**Q: Do you get 3 cans or 6 cans? The description and pricing per can conflict.**
A: I got 6 cans.

This rice made of palm hearts is truly tasteless palm hearts. It is like cooked white radishes and very hard to make it edible. I tried oinions, Italian seasoning , beef stew and stir fried chicken and still couldn't eat it. I finally dumped it in a pot of vegetables soup. It is a great vegetable but not suited as rice.
