I also see the time it takes to cook these mentioned and I agree it takes more time than they say, but I grew up cooking good old fashioned 30 minute grits and in my opinion, that feels right to me. They're delicious. But the best reason for loving these is that I have severe issues with cross-contamination of other brands that are cheaper and may take less time. These do not affect me in any negative way and I am a barometer for any trace of gluten, dairy or soy. These are perfect and I appreciate having grits back in my life.
