Poor quality control *by C***L on June 7, 2025* The harness came with two connectors labeled 12V. The controller card has a +12V port and a -12V port. No possible way to know which connector goes where without risking damage due to incorrect polarity. Of course customer service is nowhere to be found. I needed this engraver to be functional this weekend for a job.
