Zipper works fine although it does do that thing where the zipper is longer then the pocket so you have to tuck the end of it into the bag. The gold loops are a good size to attach keribeiners and bag charms. All without making the bag look clunky.As a larger forearm girlie, a bags strap size is important to me. This bag can be adjusted to be slightly larger. (pop the gold pin out and move it to the next hole) The bag as it comes works great but adjusting allowed for more room for my arms and larger sleeves.
