**Q: Is this made in America?**
A: The box says Made In China Assembled In The USA

**Q: Is there a warranty on this product if the puppy chews the suggle puppy up?**
A: I am not completely sure if there is a warranty.   If you follow the 5 step plan on the box to help prepare for your puppy's arrival home, you shouldn't have a problem.   The only time our mini-goldendoodle puppy gets his Snuggle Puppy is at bedtime in his crate.  We turn it on, he walks into his crate, snuggles with his blanket, & usually falls asleep right next to the Snuggle Puppy.  It's amazing how calm & peaceful he is.  I would not give the Snuggle Puppy to your puppy just as a play toy.  Only use it for it's intended purpose, which is calming the puppy at bedtime.

**Q: How long can this product be used?**
A: We used it for the first couple of months, but only put it with pup when he went to bed. Took the battery out after that and let him have it as his own little puppy toy. He still carried it up to bed with him a lot of nights.

**Q: How does the chewy heart fill with water? Are there holes in it?**
A: Hi, submerge the teething aid in a bowl of water.  Once submerged, squeeze the teething aid to remove the air and release.  This will act as suction and suck water into the teething aid. Perfect puppy gift! We use the kennel as her safe haven, and for potty training . This heartbeat tool is amazing and helped our puppy get acclimated to her kennel. She goes into her kennel and sleeps with it on her own. It calmed her down on the plane completely. We had a 6-hour flight and she did fine with the heartbeat toy. At home innthe kennel, the whining was very very minimal the first couple days, then it stopped. As you would hear and see her snuggle up and fall asleep. I think it is a bit pricy, but not too bad for the benefit. The heartbeat is seperate and is putninside a pouch on the stuffed animal. The blanket is soft, beautiful and perfect size. Good quality fabric. Both chew toys were loved by her.I do notice my large breed puppy prefers the rope and small tennis ball type chew toys. However, she plays with these too. Haven't used the heating packs yet, they go inside the pouch with the heartbeat item. I am sure we will because my puppy does love to be in front of my small heater under my desk to keep my feet warm. The packaging was extremely nice and fancy and was complimentary to the items inside.
