We bought back in September and I followed all manufacturer instructions on seasoning, preheating, and cleaning. My food always sticks and my pans were scarred after first use. Do yourself a favor and stay for away from this product. I am going to contact the company to see if they will let me send back for a refund. But, honestly they should go in the trash. For reference I am a woman with a family that literally cooks all three meals a day at home.
