A: No it does not numb your skin. If you have hard  dry heels on your foot take a foot sander to your heels to make them smooth , then take this cream and apply. Keeps your heels soft.  Love this product!! Hope  I answered you question.

This is the best product I've found for cracked and calloused skin. I can't be without it because I am on my feet most of the day. Try using a pumice stone on heels as you shower. Dry feet well, and apply cream generously to affected areas. You will be rid of cracked heels with continued use. Since this cream is inexpensive, that's doable, even for me!
