The older faucet was very low and had a swivel head, so I was having a time getting a pot under it. cleaning the sink was fine until I turned it off in the up position and walk away only to have my husband come by and turn on the faucet and spray himself. I knew i needed to have it changed, so started looking at the home stores but boy were they expensive and they didn't have type I was looking for. So Amazon to the rescue. I started hunting for the type of faucet that would be a pull down with a sprayer, and started reading the reviews. I kept coming back to this one and am so glad I did. My husband took off the old faucet after reading the directions, put the new faucet in. I think it took him an hour total. He was pleasantly surprised that the whole process was not hard to do. There is usually a snafu with changing old to new and thankfully this wasn't the case. The faucet looks great in the kitchen and now its making me want to do more updates. We both like this faucet better then the one in our home in KY that he changed when we first moved in 8 years ago. Makes me want to buy another one and have him install in the Ky house. The flow of the water coming out of the faucet is nice and strong and the change over to spray is simple and direct. The hold of the pull down and let go is straight forward. Would definitely recommend.
