They touch the floor perfectly when I am barefoot, and with a shoe they pucker a little at the bottom, which I like. I like the medium-rise because the top of the waist is about 1inch below my belly button. These are fitted until the hips and then the legs fall straight down loosely. I like the fit and the jeans.

The jeans are heavy good quality material. They are soft, not scratchy. I am 5'4" and 135lbs. I ordered Medium. They are a perfect length.
