On top of that they fold nicely have survived being thrown, dropped and stood on although I wouldn't recommend doing any of that. My son has had them for a few months and they are still going strong. I've listened to his tablet with them, and the sound quality is pretty good. Music, audio books and his favourite - you tube - all come through clear at low volumes. My son says they're comfortable and I've never seen him happily wear anything over his ears so they must be. All in all a really good buy.
