A: The e-bike starts in locked mode (low speed). Hold the 'O' button to unlock PAS mode—max speed then reaches 38 mph when pedaling.

**Q: 2. Why can't I turn on the ebike after installing it?**
A: Turn on the battery switch before use. If the bike is unused for over 2 weeks, charge the battery to around 80% and turn the switch off.
