It is very wrinkled when it arrives and did not smell. I just used a hand held steamer to get the wrinkles out. Adds a little more style to the bathroom verses the typical ones found in brick and mortar stores. The thickness is nice and size was perfect (72 x 72) I was looking for a shower curtain to give that extra to the bathroom decor and the texture and style does that.
