Installation was easy, dig the whole wider then the plastic shell and make it deep enough that it will sit nicely. Then use the excess soil to fill down the sides. Easy to install- dig a hole, insert, make sure it's level and you're done. Would have been five stars but I took one away for the shelves. Be aware that these are pretty much useless. I checked and double checked the level - which is spot on, but the plant baskets keep slipping off the shelves, they are just not wide enough for a standard 11cm basket. I'm going to send for some of those soft round pond baskets which I'm hoping I'll be able to 'mould' into the gaps between the shelves while being lifted up to the required height by some stones.
