Leaves the watch face and sensor on the back exposed. It’s not a hard silicone like Otterbox and it’s not a silicone that’s so flexible that it loses its shape. It’s a perfect medium. I took a photo holding it. I applied pressure and you can see my fingers are white to show pressure is applied. I have had the hard plastic ones that pop off the top. They scratch my screen. Waste of money. This one requires you to take the band off, put the cover on over the watch, then slide the bands back on. I never have to worry about the cover popping off now.
