It definitely helps also lift the brain fog, which not many things are successful at doing that. I was hesitant to trying this because I've tried Guarana pills and it's always a hit or miss. The Guarana pills don't seem as strong and they make me crash for some reason. This Guarana powder doesn't make me crash.
