Unfortunately, it has been a massive disappointment. ​The Issues: ​Zero Structural Integrity: For a pillow at this price point, you expect some level of resilience. Instead, the second your head touches the fabric, it collapses completely. It doesn't just "contour"—it goes completely flat, leaving your neck at a strained angle against the mattress. ​Constant Re-fluffing Required: I find myself waking up multiple times a night to punch and shake the pillow back into shape. Within ten minutes, it’s a pancake again. ​Poor Value for Money: I’ve owned budget pillows from big-box stores that maintained their loft better than this "luxury" item. Paying a premium for what essentially feels like a bag of air is frustrating. ​Final Verdict: ​If you are a side sleeper or anyone who needs actual neck support, stay away. This pillow is all marketing and no substance. It looks great when you first make the bed, but for actual sleeping, it’s useless. I will be seeking a refund immediately.

They are very large pillows. I bought them because I thought they would cool me but they feel to me (coolness) like a regular pillow. What helped was a different pillow case I put on them. I will say there was a hole in the original pillow cases and the customer service was easy and professional to get new covers. So 5 stars for customer service.
