I use them to bake single serve casseroles and pot pies and other baked goods. I use them for cold snacks and desserts like ice cream or applesauce. They are safe in the oven, the microwave, the dishwasher and the freezer. They are also colorfast. Instead of cooking a big dish that I have to divide, I use these. So much more convenient. The only drawback is they don't have lids. For storage in the fridge I cover with plastic wrap. For freezer storage I use plastic wrap, then foil.
