As stated this is equivalent to 10w-30 engine oil or 75w gearbox oil. The viscosity scales are different as you can tell. The 7.5 is a centistokes unit which is expressed thus 1 cSt = 1 mm2·s−1 = 10−6 m2·s−1. Clear as mud unless you are a physicist which I am not.
