Iced coffee in the morning rinse it out then use it for powdered koolaid which you have to shake to disolve. It does not leak as long as the flip straw is closed. Keeps ice all day. I only use one mug for work now instead of two. I love the see through lid that way you know when to get a refill before its totally emply.
