I was coming back to check on it as it didn't arrive in my subscribe and save order and perused the comments - I'm really surprised to see the one about it not having any grit - I mean, unless you're desiring to pick up a handful of sand from the beach and rub it on your face skin, I'm at a loss for their standard of coarseness. In my humble opinion, the grit is efficient enough to get the job done without causing me to hide in my house for a week while my face heals. I use it as a part of my daily regime (though I believe it recommends twice a week), and I find it effective yet gentle enough to use daily. I'm also 35 and do not have sensitive skin, so I think I can get away with greater use. Once or twice a week I will use it as a part of my facial routine, and work it in more thoroughly in combination with steaming beforehand. I'm pretty devoted to skincare, and this has been a go-to for me for a long time. For the price and quality, it's a good product.
