I don't have a garage so I started in my driveway. Within a few minutes I found the stuff drying and I was seeing a pretty strong reaction. I got nervous so I drove under a tree. Then it seemed like the stuff wouldn't work. So I went back into the sun. To do the rest of the hood and it started working again. I'm going to do the whole truck eventually since there is a color difference between the panels but the micro rust contamination spots are gone.
