It ran true to size for my 2 year old girl! It came with the dress, headpiece and blue gloves. The only complaint that I have is that the wings are super top heavy and kept falling back and pulling the hat off of her head. Even when it was bobby pinned to help with stability. Its just very heavy. I would get the headband instead next time but otherwise the outfit is cute.
