Not sure how much of a workout it would give me but it was fun. Then my neighbor called asking if her package came to my house by mistake... turns out I had not checked the label and it was hers! Embarrased I immediately brought it to her (repacked properly) then waited several more days till my actual order arrived. It arrived but whwn I picked it up at the door the box rattled! I opened it and found it had broken and shattered bits were all through the box! desertcart would not replace it and only sent me a refund when they got it back (I sent it back immediately). I am giving 3 stars because I did not get a replacement nor the possibility to get it as it was no longer available. If it is available now, I lost the desire to have it as it was just for its "coolness" and not a necessary.
