One thing you must do is do drops at least twice a day for a week before using. Use the bicarbonate of soda ones. They worked the best. The biggest problem I had was getting the water the correct temperature, as I didn’t have a thermometer. It does have a handy blue, green, red light thing, and only use it on green sitting. I only used the very slow setting. It’s very strange at first especially if you have never had this done in the past. Doctors don’t offer this service anymore. The water doesn’t last long so you do have to refill it, but if you fill a jug at beginning it’s easier. When the water finishes, you undo the top and poor out the dirty water. If you really want to know what was in there, pour into an empty container. I so wish I had taken a photo of the gunk that came out.
