Review: 5 out of 5 starsMost Health-Friendly Gum Anywhere And It Is Time You Took Better Care Of Yourself - Ok, lets just say what everyone really wants to know. Is this the same as gum loaded with sugar? NO! But I had to get off sugar enhanced gum such as Juicy Fruit ( I was addicted) and I tried MANY sugar-free gums on the market. All of them had Xylitol. That causes intestinal gas, plain and bloating on most people, myself included. Simply Gum has no chemicals, no sugar and no Xylitol. It is clean as clean can be in the food world. The flavor does not last like sugar gum because it has no sugar. Just natural flavor and nothing artificial. It is about time I took better care of my health as just 8 pieces of most sugar enhanced gum is the USDS daily allowance of sugar. That is a lot of sugar. Sugar is the enemy and cancer has A LOVE AFFAIR with sugar. It grows and grows with sugar in the diet. I know this for a fact as I have had cancer and you deal with recovery NOT eating sugar or it will return. Time to wake up and chew gum that is actually healthy.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does the coffee gum have caffeine in it?**
A: Hi Kim!There's a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine from the coffee flavor, but we do not add any extra caffeine into the product. Each piece has the equivalent of 0.14mg of caffeine and a regular cup of coffee has about 95mg of caffeine, so roughly 698 pieces of our gum would be equivalent to one cup of coffee. So it's extremely minimal. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

**Q: What is the source of xylitol in this gum?**
A: This gum is all natural. Its does not contain xylitol. Love it.

**Q: is this gum kosher?**
A: Yes, this gum is kosher, certified by Kof-K. Thank you!

**Q: What kind of mint? Peppermint? Spearmint? Wintergreen? A combo?**
A: We now have both a Peppermint flavor and a Spearmint flavor!

### ⭐ No flavor, poor appearance, and awful texture
*by A***E on 5 February 2026*

Waste of money. While I appreciate the natural ingredients and thought behind the gum, I did not care for the taste at all. I did not taste cinnamon at all and it certainly did not give my mouth a fresh feeling. It actually tasted "organic" like dirt. The texture is just sticky and feels like its disintegrating as you chew it more. The appearance of the gum is a turn-off. This is a hard no for me and is very disappointing as most gums now contain sugar alcohol that my stomach cannot process.
