It doesn't taste at all stale, I think it just FROZE. LIKE THE TEXTURE. INGREDIENTS: OK HERE is where RX REALLY SHINES. I can read and understand the ingredients, about as basic as you can get. "Clean" ingredients are hard to find in many protein bars. FILLING: OMG YES! Unless I am SUPER hungry, this can suffice as breakfast or lunch. COST: Best price I have seen is on desertcart. I normally have one as a quick-grab breakfast or a pre workout snack if I'm hungry. They're quite filling and I like that is paleo friendly. Highly recommended. Note, these are quite chewy and have big chunks of nuts throughout.
