It has enough room for two or three full skeins of yarn (regular size) and places to pull the yarn through for four different colors. The handle makes it easy to carry and I’ve even worked on my crochet projects as I’m walking getting other stuff done. There’s two side pockets with ample storage for your accessories like hooks, needles scissors etc. the bag itself is very well made and seems to be very durable. You can even fit your project back in the bag when you’re done working on it (smallish projects like hats, scarves etc).
