I've been using this yoga mat for over a month now, it has changed my yoga from a delicate gingerly pace, to busting out moves because my bones no longer grind into the floor. It has ample padding, the alignment marks are great, and my hands don't slip around on the surface.The only real downside is that the bottom doesn't grip well to the treated wood floors at the yoga studio and it slips around a little while flowing through poses like down-dog... but this is a pretty small inconvenience to deal with considering the extreme comfort the mat provides.

The lines on the mat help me keep alignment - as a massage therapist and yogi that’s a big deal. I also have sweaty palms in class and I don’t slip much on this mat.
