One major thing that has absolutely saved me is that on the way to work my stomach is turning even if I’ve been to the toilet before for leaving to go, I had this for two months making me stressed about the bathroom I was thinking this ashwagandha caused it I was taking two capsules after breakfast but then I tried taking two before breakfast and PROBLEM SOLVED. My stomach had zero anxiety and made getting to work so much easier and pain free. If you don’t have issues with your stomach I’d recommend taking two 600mg capsules after breakfast as the ashwagandha takes effect when you get to work and last longer depending on your shift (I’m not a doctor so do what you want). Taking before breakfast at 9:30am makes it the effects last till about 3:30-4pm.
