The size was perfect and they weren't too heavy or clumpy once on. Totally waterproof and feel very sturdy. Very pleased with them. Plus got them in the sale so they were a bargain. *I have now had these 18 months and the waterproof-ness seems to have failed. The soles are hardly worn but the suede is very scuffed which is to be expected given I'm a professional dog walker and I've worn these a lot. Still recommend them but definitely wouldn't pay full price. Review: I ordered 3 different sizes - Some reviews said they are true to size. I initially intended to wear them with normal socks so I ordered my usual size 5.5. They were definitely too small so I ordered sizes 6 and 6.5. They are not particularly wide so I went with the 6.5. I can't really comment on how long they will last as I haven't worn them much during the summer but they look good quality. They have good grip on the sole and look like they will be warm in cold weather. They are advertised as waterproof but I haven't worn them in wet weather yet so it's hard to say.
