That time, I don’t remember if it burned my eyes BUT it does contain avobenzone which is the UV filter usually responsible for burny eyes. I only get burny eyes when I sweat and the sunscreen runs around my eye area. I now use Eucerin Advanced Hydration SPF50 on my face when running under the sun. It has the same filters and it DOES cause my eyes to burn. I have oily skin and always trying to find products that are not too oily after extensive use. There is still some oil build up, but doesn't seem to show after a few hours. Feels nice on the skin and large bottle for the price. Again, i'm a naturally oily skin person, so this review might be off. Really enjoy the product that doesn't feel heavy on my skin and doesn't seem to have white haze on it (medium tone skin). I cannot speak for all skin colors and skin types, but for oily skin, my go to to keep that oil to a minimum. Like more than the Neutrogena Facial sunscreen. Neutrogena is still good, but still get fairly oily within the hour for me.
