Review: It's Almond Butter - I bought this product to use when I make smoothies and overnight oats. It is tasty, fresh, and overall good! The only issue I have is that it says "no stir" on the jar. Do not believe that, you will absolutely have to stir this...lots of oil separated to the top. Be careful when stirring! It's so full, and such a small container, some oil spilled out. It's hard to stir as well because the almond butter is so thick, and sticks to the spoon in big clumps. This isn't a deal breaker for me though, because at this price point, I would rather stir it than pay double the price at the grocery store. It's worth it! Just prepare to get a nice wrist work out!

**Q: Maranatha co.- please stop using palm oil in your nut butters ! not only is it controversial due to deforestation, but not really good for u either!?**
A: This product is terrible anyway.  I don’t think I have ever tasted a nut butter so nasty as this.

**Q: Does it contain Aflatoxin in it? Your Maranatha Nut Butter seems to not contain this very dangerous mold, but I can't find it.**
A: IT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANYTHING TOXIC. IT IS WHOLESOME AND VERY DELICIOUS.

**Q: Are  the almonds skins removed before processing?**
A: Hello, Linda! The almonds we purchase are steam pasteurized in order to remove the skin and destroy potentially harmful bacteria.

I bought this product to use when I make smoothies and overnight oats. It is tasty, fresh, and overall good! The only issue I have is that it says "no stir" on the jar. Do not believe that, you will absolutely have to stir this...lots of oil separated to the top. Be careful when stirring! It's so full, and such a small container, some oil spilled out. It's hard to stir as well because the almond butter is so thick, and sticks to the spoon in big clumps.
