However those who are gluten intoleranthave to really be careful. So I serve all gluten-free when I have company who have sensitivities. These were really good cookies. I was surprised actually. They were fresh tasting and didn't have any type of weird texture. And they weren't dry at all. They tasted just like regular gluten cookies. And they were a good value.

I purchased these because I was having a family over to play cards with other invited guests. I decided to serve everything gluten-free so they could enjoy themselves. People who are not gluten sensitive don't care what they eat. However those who are gluten intoleranthave to really be careful. So I serve all gluten-free when I have company who have sensitivities. These were really good cookies. I was surprised actually. They were fresh tasting and didn't have any type of weird texture. And they weren't dry at all. They tasted just like regular gluten cookies. And they were a good value.
