This has excellent nice strong, lemon flavor and I’m surprised that I don’t miss the salt. I am a saltalcoholic. It’s a relationship. So it’s not like I’ve just been not having salt for years and I don’t know what I’m missing or anything like that. This stuff is actually really good. It’s got real lemon peel pieces of garlic herbs and it has a sharp taste. that’s pleasant without being bitter or sour. I would use this even combined with salt cooking or barbecuing so that you can control how much lemon flavor you add separate from how much salt flavor you add I bought this on a whim because I saw it online on sale half price when I was looking for other spices, but I have discovered that I like it very much. I also bought the garlic and the garlic is all right, but I’m crazy about this lemon flavor. I will definitely buy more of this. I like it better than other lemon pepper products and I’ve tried tenders McCormick and other spice brands and I truly prefer this over other brands of lemon flavored seasoning with or without salt.
