I’ve never had an issue of receiving unfrozen patties, and the one time my package was delayed, they stood behind their product and sent me another case “just in case”… and even then none of the patties in the delayed order were lost and they were all still useable. (There was a few patties slightly soft, so I ate those right away.) Patties are spiced and taste great either alone, as a sandwich, or the protein for dinner with some veggies.
