It comes on strong, stays that way for a bit and then slowly eases, leaving my lips looking moist from the balm and reddened from the heat of the spice. Never having used a product that used spice before, I'm used to feeling that minty cool sensation with the last plumping product that I used, I have to say that if you want a very natural look, this product will give you want you want: natural enhancement of your own lip color, glossiness and a good level of moisturizing balm. I got compliments ALL DAY on my lips. I sent this product to so many people. Even if the shine fades after some time which is expected, the color lasts and doesn’t leave that tacky / silly putty like feel behind that I’ve find with almost every other lip product - it actually leaves a nice stain.
