It definitely burns. Im not used to plumper i dont use it often but I really wanted this color. It’s sticky but stays on well. It’s so cute. Wish it was just a couple dollars cheaper i feel it should be more like 6-8$ but you know I really do like the color so I’ll deal with the price. I got the standard pink. Comes off easily on straws and drinks. Applicator is also decent.
