Unlike other cranberry pills where I'm not sure if it's helping, I can tell this clearly does help. Just be sure to drink water with it so it can do it's job. Anytime I'm worried I take one with a glass of water. The pills have a long shelf life, so it helps justify the price point. If you have some irritation in the tract, the cranberry can irritate that area more. So best to use it as needed instead of every single day. Although it does work even better if you can take Vitamin C too. (unfortunately vit. c is also an irritant) Haven't had a UTI since I ordered in December. I've also done more to correct a Vitamin D deficiency. So here's hoping I can be free of them.

This seems to work. 90 4-year-old mother with dementia was getting UTIs and ending up in the hospital way too often. We now use this along with three times a week vaginal estrogen cream at the advice of holistic nurse. In 6 months there still has not been a UTI.
