Glad I read the whole thing as the one I had looked at on Ebay would have had me unsolder half of the contents of that earpiece to remove the broken piece. All in all probably took 15mins to sort out, Now have an elated daughter and a spare for when she breaks the other side in the "Dad" box/drawer. Take your time and be gentle and it will be fine, but be very wary from this point until the speaker is back in place. Once installed it works perfectly.
