I think this is the one I'll stick with. The original ZQuiet didn't mold so it caused tooth pain. Another was too thick so my mouth would not stay closed. SnoreRX wouldn't stay put. This one meets all the needs. The mouthpiece itself is way to thin and squeezes gums to the point where even if I fall asleep with it in, I’ll wake up an hour later with drastic soreness in the gums because they’ve simpley made the hard plastic walls on the edge of the molding WAY to narrow. It feels like this was made for a child’s mouth. It doesn’t stay in place and DRASTICALLY reduced the quality of my sleep while also not really doing anything to eliminate snoring.
