It fulfils the performance requirements of the safety category S3 and is available in the size range 6,5-12+13. Thanks to a full, padded bellows tongue, the penetration of dirt and pressure points are being prevented. Stepping into the shoe is being facilitated by means of an integrated heel loop. Furthermore, SEEKER Work GTX S3 is certified according to BGR 191. High-quality full-grain cowhide leather is used for the upper. This material is wear-resistant and breathable. Furthermore, the textile material Cordura is being used, which is also very resistant to wear and tear. It is also dirt- and water-repellent. A GORE-TEX climate membrane prevents water from penetrating the shoe, but remains breathable at the same time. Ergonomically shaped steel toe caps protect the wearer of the SEEKER Work GTX S3 against impacts and pressure loadings. The full-length inlay sole LOWA is exchangeable, sturdy and antistatic. The antistatic soft fleece insole - in combination with the full-length inlay sole - provides for a comfortable foot climate. The penetration protection of SEEKER Work GTX S3 is guaranteed by a steel midsole made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. SEEKER Work GTX S3 is equipped with the double-density profile sole LOWA ATC 2000 which provides for excellent slip resistance. If you are in the police and walk miles a day then get these. Had them a while now, got 100’s of miles on them and every time they get cleaned up they look new again.They are a solid boot, hard wearing, keeps the water out. Feet do not smell after a 12hour shift in them. They are my third pair of boots for work (always got cheaper ones, mistake!) and they have lasted longer then the other two pairs put together. A good boot, very comfortable and hard wearing. The steel toe cap does its job well as I have dropped a large piece of lead on my foot as well as other heavy objects and it just scuffed the leather, toes still intact.
