**Q: how hot does this get?  Ex: Beefer gets to be 1500 degrees.**
A: This is a constant temperature of 600 degrees Fahrenheit, it can not regulate the temperature. It mainly acts as a thermal insulation.

**Q: can you get this unit w/ Propane LP gas?**
A: Yes, please let us know when you order that you would like this set up for LP gas.

**Q: It says countertop, can it be mounted On a wall?**
A: it is designed to mounted on a wall with a stainless steel back splash!  The wall mount kit is an additional $100.00.

**Q: It says "independant manual controls"...why can you not regulate the temperature?**
A: The constant temperature guarantees all aspects of keep warm, plus the control distance is mainly for the top layer. If it is close to the top layer, such as baked cheese, the better the effect, but if to regulate temperature high, then the whole food is baked, you can't get the taste of the food you want.
