Review: Tastes better than other brands! - I have been taking this product because I have MTHFR C677T variant and read that this is the form of Vitamin B that would be most helpful for my body. I had tried a couple of other kinds and struggled with both the taste and the bright yellow urine. This one does neither. It tastes good. I dissolve it under the tongue on an empty stomach. It seems to help with my energy levels. I haven't tested to see if it has risen my B levels or not.
