I researched and came upon Magtein. I started 2 months ago. Health background: I have advanced heart failure and need a transplant. I currently have a left ventricular assist device implanted to keep me alive until I can have a transplant. I have a history of Hodgkin’s lymphoma and squamous cell carcinoma of the tonsil. I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and hypothyroidism. I have severe peripheral neuropathy. History of morbid obesity but now overweight to normal weight as I fluctuate at the cusp. ( no surgery! I lost it on my own! 120+ lbs.) So with all of that, I do a lot of research on health topics. The first night I took 2 Magtein ( and continue to do so) and I slept very well which is unusual for me. After the first week, I noticed I hadn’t had any leg cramps in my thighs or anywhere which I usually do about 5 out of 7 nights a week. I continue to not have those cramps. After a few weeks I noticed I hadn’t had to take any anxiety medication. A week ago my partner said he’s noticed I am brighter, meaning happier and even less negative or moody. I wasn’t bad before but he says I seem joyful almost daily. I am continuing to have good sleep and cognitively I seem more alert. Still a little bit of memory issues but not as concerning. I read Dr. Stephen Sinatra Metabolic Cardiology book and his Women’s cardiology book as well. I continue to read anything by him and watch every video I can find that he speaks on. Magnesium is one of his “awesome foursome “ and I just started on the rest of his protocol and will write reviews on those products later when I’ve been on them for some time. The earthing mat he recommends also, I will write a review on later as I just started on that with great success.( I’ve had the mat kit for 2 years and just got it out after realizing Dr. Sinatra was involved in the research too.)
