The support team is so effective and responded back on next day and requested for further details. Based on the details shared, they provided a reset procedure to resolve the issue with control panel and the desk started to work fine again. Considering the money invested, the support service effectiveness to respond back was worthy. The product is reliable to use and worth investing.
