Bought for my teen daughter for a biomedical program where scrubs and a lab coat were needed. She wore these black pants nearly every day. They fit well, looked cute, hit mid shoe for her, and had tons of pocket space. Size M, normally wears a size 6-8 at 5'7"-5'8" 140-145 lbs. She also fit into the size small in the grey color, but liked these for a baggier fit. I'm a nurse and tried both pairs small/medium on. I'm 5'5" 135 lbs, athletic build. The mediums were a bit roomy on me but could be cinched and were comfy. The small fit me well, but the top was more form-fitting in the shoulders and might be less comfortable if you're reaching overhead a lot. The only thing I'd wonder about is breathability as they felt a bit more polyester than regualar scrubs.
