**Q: Are you supposed to chew this product?**
A: Yes, some functional Dr.'s recommend that you chew them.  Some recommend a dosage of twice a day, rather than once a day as recommended in the bottle.  Unfortunately, it did not help me with my high sulfur and histamine issue.  Only removing the offending food for a period of time and slowly reintroducing them helped.

**Q: Does this product contain yeast?**
A: No yeast is added or used in making the product. It is produced from USA organically-produced legumes.

I was having problems with taking NAC (and Glutathione) due to the high sulfite/sulfur content it has. Some people are sensitive to it. It gave me headaches and revved me up which is not good at bed time. I read in Dr. Ben Lynch's book to take Molybdenum for this and it works. I like that it is a tablet and I usually only take half of one.
