A: The bar fits in, and you use it as a loofa type deal but more manly. It works well, currently using and will order more bars later. it is machine washable also.

A: I'm not 100% sure if it can, but it is a HUGE brick of soap so it'd be hard to try and estimate how often you'd need a resupply. I think the one I'm currently using I've had for about 3 months.
